This property is only suitable for families.

Please note, there is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property to hand over the keys and check guests in to the apartment.

Guests should contact the property prior to arrival. Guests will be required to send a copy of their photo ID prior to their arrival.

Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave.

Please note that this property operates a strict no-smoking policy. A penalty fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the property.

Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required.

The lead guest must be aged 25 years or older.

Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival for check-in and proof of identification.

Please note that the follow extra charges will apply for guests who request a check-out after 11:00 (this is subject to availability and confirmation by the property): - From 11:00 until 14:00 - GBP 75 - From 14:00 until 18:00 - half day charge.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of £300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
