Along the Francigean road on a dominating hill (1.5Km dirt road) enjoying impressive views. It's the ideal for relaxiation and exploring alike, with San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, Volterra, Chianti and many other pearls of Tuscany easy to reach. Families adore the spacious outdoors and equipped apartments. Ottone is a bright apartment on the top floor (39 steps) that enjoys great views towards the countryside and to San Gimignano. It also boasts its private tower with even greater views. It consists of an open space living area with a sofa bed for 2 and fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower, large double bedroom with views. You will love our outdoor communal patio equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor meals with great views. There are several good restaurants within 7 minutes drive. We'll be delighted to give you suggestions. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: utilities including heating (Nov-March) and Air conditioning (June-Sept). Wifi internet (good for browsing internet). Full linen set with weekly change for multiple weeks stays. Baby cot and highchair on request. Bicycles storage room. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE and payable locally in cash: Tourist tax:1.50Eu per day per person over 12 years for the first 5 days. Pool towel rental 5Euro. Washer and dryer: 5Euro per service.

The property where our apartment is located is called Castello di Fulignano in the beatiful countryside of San Gimignano which is in view from our bedroom. It's a very quiet spot ideal for relaxing and enjoy the views. However, it is very easy to reach the town in less than 10 minutes drive.
