Prestigious apartment of approximately 300 square meters, recently renovated, on the third floor (without lift) of an ancient Florentine building. It is located in the heart of Florence, about 200 meters from the Duomo, Palazzo Medici Riccardi and the Accademia Gallery, and can accommodate up to 10 people. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a large living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dedicated bar area with counter, highchairs and all the tools for preparing cocktails. Continuing along the corridor you enter the sleeping area, consisting of four large double bedrooms and five bathrooms. From the living room area, an open staircase leads to the gym area with exercise bikes, specific training equipment and a large TV monitor. From here, through a small corridor with double doors, you enter the fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the bar area, a second open staircase leads to the SPA area, with sauna, hydromassage and comfortable seats where you can enjoy a herbal tea or a drink. Continuing through a few steps, you enter the large terrace with a breathtaking view over the roofs of Florence and the main monuments of the city, almost having the impression of being able to touch the Dome and Giotto's Tower. To allow our Guests to fully enjoy the terrace, both day and night, it has been equipped with an open shower, an undercounter refrigerator and a few comfortable seats where taking sunbaths and, in the evening, enjoy the live show of the sky above Florence. We want to inform you that starting from the 1st of April of this year, inside the building will take place the works to install the elevator. The working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8am to 5 pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 12pm, in compliance with Florence Municipality permissions. In these time frames, you may hear noises coming throughout the stairs from the common area of the building.

The Prestige Penthouse apartment is located within the ZTL - Limited Trafic Area - but with the possibility of leaving the car in one of the paid garages in the surroundings.
