This apartment is located on the top floor -no elevator- of an elegant building set on Lungarno alle Grazie, very close to Piazza Santa Croce. with an incredible panoramic view of the Arno River and a lovely terrace. The living room is very spacious with a lovely living area in front of the fireplace, a spacious dining table and an amazing view over Florence and the Arno. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the comforts of a real home, including a dishwasher, oven and a large fridge. The master bedroom is quite elegant and spacious. In addition to that there is also a smaller double bedroom and a studio with a single bed. From the studio you can access the lovely terrace here you can enjoy an al fresco dinner. Complete the property two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. Please note that AC is located only in the bedrooms.
