It is composed by two spacious rooms with a very comfortable double bed in each (plus a single one in just one of the two) a new modern bathroom with a double size bath tube and a very large kitchen with a long balcony. A light climb (because of its wide steps) of 100 marble steps before reaching the top of one of the highest building of the other side of the river Arno. Four big windows (plus the one in the bathroom ) which could get confused by paintings sine they view the unique green hills surrounding Florence. From the spacious balcony in distance is possible to see as well the city center and the dome of the Medici chapels. From this high and distance is possible to deeply rest from the crowded streets of city center and find peace before or after a long day in Florence, as if you are in Heaven. In just eight minutes from the apartment there is the tram stop which can take to the city center station in just fifteen minutes.

Quiet and safe area well connected to the city center and with many free parking options. Across the street there are coffee shops, a pizzeria and a supermarket which sells organic products (and many other shops) and a very quite public park. A bigger supermarket is just 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
