Hotels near Alsterfleet, Hamburg

Exceptionally supportive and helpful staff!!!

The room was very nice—spacious, and I appreciated the complimentary minibar.

Very good expirience. Good location. Great bar, breakfast, restaurant.

The location of the hotel is very close to the center which is very convenient. I wanted to applaud the staff at the reception (you are the stars!!!!). I arrived to the hotel very late and I lost my phone in the Taxi. The reception was calling the taxi company multiple times in the evening and then next morning. I had to go to the meeting and return to the hotel after lunch. The reception managed to retrieve my phone from the Taxi company!!!!!! I was so touched by their care! I was offered a drink to help me calm down. This is such a rare kindness these days!!!

Great location with fantastic staff.

Amazing location Excellent staff Beautiful hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and there is a metro station nearby. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Hamburg.

Great location!!! comfortable rooms

Nice staff and perfect location

I like the location, comfort and clean

This place had so much character! and friendly staff. Location was perfect for exploring the city and what a lovely city it is. Everything is a quick walk away. Food at the hotel was very good.

The place, really quiet room. Very helpful and friendly stuff .

Exactly what I was looking for, an older, clean, comfortable hotel with a nod to the past, with character and flair of a place whose prime was probably in the 60’s. 2-person elevator was just enough for one person and luggage to meet the rest of us on the 3rd floor. The spiral staircase wrapping around the elevator was straight from a lovely Audrey Hepburn movie. The staff was friendly and accommodating, letting us store our luggage before check-in so that we could walk around the city. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms rooms clean. The entrance was ornate, a wonderful change from the typical, generic lobbies in most hotels.

Hotel is excelent from all points of view, staff, room, location, price, breakfast...

It is centrally located in a nice part of town. Rooms were clean and breakfasts were excellent!

Location and excellent room. Clean and big

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Also there was a secure bicycle storage room, which was a great convenience.

Perfect location, very clean and the staff was friendly

Caviar, Champagne, beautiful room and most comfortable bed! Can’t wait to go back

Everything, especially my birthday surprise 🥰 Thank you again!

Excellent service and fabulous breakfast.

location is perfect for a visit of Hamburg, the Elbphilharmonie, train and airport connections. The staff is EXTREMELY nice and friendly and helpful. All of them. Amazing, they make you feel at home. Breakfast is wonderful and nicely presented, a pleasure to stay there. It is located in the middle of the city, but amazingly quiet. The garden is a little paradise. We will be back for sure.

Great location in central Hamburg. The room is well appointed. The bed and linens were super comfortable & the room was very clean. The staff were very nice & helpful.
