Hotels near Bath Racecourse, Bath

Lovely hotel, attention to detail in rooms. Very helpful & friendly staff Parking was useful aswell

Quiet location, but close to everything. Staff were helpful and approachable. Room and bathroom were spacious.

Always stay here. Love this hotel

Loved the rustic warmth and the breakfast was excellent.

The weather was cold but our room on the top floor of the townhouse was warm and snug. Staff were friendly, breakfast was very good and the TV in the room had Netflix and iPlayer. The location is right in the centre and there are a couple of really good restaurants that we had dinner in very nearby - Raphael and Baba's Mezze.

Ha e stayed twice now and had great experiences both stays. It's in a great location making Bath sight seeing and exploring easily walkable. The staff at the Roseate are always very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely touch getting warm cookies on arrival

Location was great. Jessica at the front desk was warm and welcoming; she was very knowledgeable and we had a great stay!

Everything went as expected. Excellent breakfast included in the stay.

The location, very clean and tidy. Right in the centre of Bath, wonderful.

Historic mansion. The rooms were small but clean. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, the hosts were very charming.

Great location, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Will come again. Wonderful staff

My opinion is strongly formed by the fact that I found traditional english hotels very attractive. O lot of old decor, which I liked :) however, rooms and generally the whole place was clean and tidy. There you might see some faults, which however can be expected from such an old building. I loved it. Although if you fancy nice breakfast, rather head to nearby Bath where you can find a lot of great restaurants. Limpley is a great spot to doscover Cotswolds :) Also we had a standard double, but the view out of the window was awesome :)

Stayed here for two nights to attend Badminton Horse Trials. Room was far larger than anticipated and spotless. Bathroom was plenty large and the shower was amazing. Food was also great just wish we'd ordered more food. Amazing value given the time of year.

all were like I have at home except for a bidet toilet

We absolutely loved this hotel. The beautiful natural surroundings and its historic charm made us feel as if we had stepped back in time.

The staff were welcoming, very helpful and friendly, the cat, Alfie, was adorable. The location is sensational as are the views. The room was nice and clean and I liked the toiletries. The continental breakfast was great but the cooked breakfast was overcooked

Perfect room, good shower, great pub. Genuine and helpful host.

Breakfast was delicious, a lovely spread including mashed avocado and smoked salmon. Location is great within walking distance to all the shops and eateries.

The staff where friendly, the room was lovely and the breakfast included was very good.

The location was easy to get to and convenient. The staff was very polite, kind, and helpful. The room was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was exactly what we needed with a good variety of items. I particularly like their coffee/tea/juice station. Everything we wanted to see was essentially within walking distance from the hotel. We felt very safe.
