The guy at the reception is good and welcoming The second room we booked was a little better, I guess because of the price but doesn't worth the price placed on it

in comparison to other budget hotels this hotel is only budget in price but excellent in everything else

The lobby and the Restaurant was really nice

It’s an amazing place. Always feels like home. Everything is within reach and the staff are always ready and willing to help. Breakfast is perfect and you get access to everything you need. You just have to ask!

Everthing was okay , staff was helpful

Had a great stay at the Continental Hotel. The rooms were great value for money, especially being so close to the airport. But the main reason for my review is the staff – they were so lovely and friendly. I hope I’m spelling this correctly, but I want to give a special shoutout to Meenu in particular – she was great!

The location is great if you wanna take a flight from Heathrow. The tube station is less than a 5-minute walk.

The room is clean and comfortable. And it is located near the 🛫 😎

Excellent Staff. Great service. Easy to come in and out with a Lobby full of fun stuff like bar, supermarket and food menus.

The compartment was cozy and welcoming. The proximity to stores and the airport was very accessible. I loved it and would like to come back.

Location,price, and staff…etc

We were looking for somewhere that could provide a clean bed and a clean bathroom for the night, at good value for money, close to the airport. Citi provided that - 10 out of 10. Also, the staff were excellent - very welcoming and efficient. I was worried about leaving my car in the car park overnight, but the night manager assured me that a member of staff was on duty throughout the night and that everything was safe. He was totally correct. One other thing to mention. When we left this morning, I tried to pay the car parking fee but could not - because I had failed to register my car when we arrived the night before. I explained this to the manageress this morning and she was able to sort out the problem - another example of very knowledgeable and understand staff. 10/10.

The location was fantastic, facilities was very clean and the staff reception are all warmth and friendly. The facility security was also perfect in terms of security door at the hotel entrance. Thank you Civic Hotel for your hospitality.

The room was fit for purpose, comfortable. Great for a one night stay if you are attending Twickenham. Alex at reception was a gent, very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was super clean, organized and very comfortable. Whatever we needed, they had. The staff was amazing from the beginning to end. Our English wasn’t that good and they made the effort to understand us and support our needs. Would definitely recommend it! The closest station is 5mim walking and the hotel is 45min from London Center.

The staff was amazing and unbelievably helpful with everything I asked for. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to say either for one night or longer.

The location of the hotel in the middle of the shopping area is very convenient. One can go shopping and be back for a rest in no time. No troubles with public transport or finding a parking space. Upon arrival you will get towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, coffee/thee bags, sugar, milk and a water cooker. Our fan was defect and in no time replaced by the receptionist. The rooms are very spacious and the family room does have a double bed and a single bed. Was welcome for our baby. The bathroom is big enough to have a shower together with the baby. There are a lot of (halal) restaurants on walking distance from the hotel. A small shop beside the hotel serves a tasty Karak Chai for only a few pounds. The Roshni restaurant on the ground floor serves good food for a good price. I definately will book this hotel for my next visit to Southall.
