I asked to change rooms twice, and the management were very accommodating. I got food poisoning from a restaurant in Twickenham and needed to extend checkout time. Again, the management were v accommodating. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The location was good and the food & beverage staff were excellent however, we were unable to allow us to check in 3 hours early. When returning late afternoon we were assigned a terrible room. When complained we were move to a disabled room which was very small and would have been impossible for wheelchair access. The good part was the size of the bathroom and walk in shower which didn't function until serviced the following day.
