Beautiful property excellent location and the kind of service you rarely see anymore. The rooms are very large and comfortable (50m2) the beds have perfect mattresses and lots of pillows and the windows are entirely soundproof as was the room. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and respond positively to all requests ( specific room, open windows, late checkout). My second time and definitely will come again next time I’m in London.

A very kind and helpful staff. This was exactly the type of place we were looking for. The Pub below was a great convenience and the bartenders were very nice and engaging. Also, dog-friendly! The room was cozy and charming. We loved the location as well. The area of Marylebone is fantastic and it's a short walk between two Underground lines that serve the whole city and easy to transfer from.

Beautiful, unique space with so much character. The staff were fantastic and made me feel very welcome. I was able to use the club facilities for several hours after I checked out, and everyone (both staff and members) were friendly and welcoming. This will be my first choice when next I need a hotel in London.

Great location, about a 7-10 minute walk to Hyde Park, super close (7 min walk) to paddington and (4 min walk) edgware road tube stations, which connect you to anywhere in the city. Also there’s about 3 buses that leave you pretty much right outside the hotel door. That was absolutely awesome. The area is rather crowded, but actually nice and chill. Also the best and cheapest souvenirs are right around the corner from here!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Was put off but prior reviews but it seems like its under new management and things are much better. The room was clean and comfortable and most importantly given recent heat waves, it was COOL. A bit cramped for space but regardless good value for money I think. Would 100% recommend.

I have a minor disability, and the staff went out of their way to assist in provide extra services for us during our stay!

Stayed for Hyde Park, perfect location. Bed was comfy, room had everything I needed. Room amentities are well advertised so you know what you're going to get. Shower was clean. Would stay again!

Air Conditioner, The shower and bathroom felt recently remodeled and were super nice. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was great.

It is a very clean and beautiful hotel. Perfect location to get everywhere where you need, lots of cafes, few underground stations are nearby and also train station is just 5 minutes walk. Rooms are enough big, beds are big too and you will have everything you need. Staff is very helpful!!! You can also leave your bags there if you have later flight. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will come back.
