Great Location, clean and great friendly staff

The bed was comfortable, lighting was good happy they had on site parking. Breakfast was enjoyable, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel with the helpful, kind and friendly front desk Caner. Mr. Caner worked hard to make us feel welcome. On arrival we were greeted with chocolate cookies that my daughter loved them. This is my only place to stay in London. The location is right in the heart of everything. Elif Kapici

The property is easily accessible situated within walking distance to 3 subway stations . Loved the decor very well kept

The location is great and staff were very helpful and friendly

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff.

Meticulously clean, cleaner than many 5 or 4 star hotels I have been to in Europe. Mr Ali the manager is a great person, we had a complaint about the room and he immediately solved our problem. Mr adil, mohamed and the other receptionist are also very professional and pleasant to talk to. Delicious Breakfast and everything is halal, even the bacon! Location is perfect, 7 minutes walking distance from not one but two subway stations, 10 minutes to Hyde park and 5 minutes to bayswater street where you will find one big Tesco and another small one, a Sainsbury, and many excellent restaurants (many are halal).

Perfect location, clean and friendly and air condition! Couldn’t be better!

Location, Cleanliness, Modern, Security, New Appliances, Good Size of room and bathroom for 3 residents, terrace, Lift, Quick reply’s on WhatsApp (reception).

Really close to two underground stations, Queensway is just 5minutes away in walking distance. An entrance to Hyde Park is really close. Very convenient if you want to be close to London center in a good neighborhood. Bus stations are also really close. The room was bigger than expected, and being there looked much better than the photos. I would stay again.

Perfect location super friendly staff. We felt super comfortable and safe everything was great!

Very kind and helpful staff, great facilities, plumbing, temperature of the room, location. Elisa from front desk was very helpful.

The room was cute and cozy. I was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and approachable. The location was fantastic - 2 mins walk to Hyde Park, and even closer to the underground station. Many supermarkets and restaurants are on the street parallel to the hotel.

Great stay — clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location near Hyde Park and transport links. Smooth check-in and responsive host. Would stay again!
