Excellent location — right next to Victoria Station, with a park diagonally across the street near the sightseeing bus stop, and luggage storage shops in the neighborhood as well. The entire hotel has its own signature fragrance, and the staff at the entrance and lobby are warm and attentive. Luggage assistance is provided both at check-in and check-out.

I got Excellent London eye view room. Room was cozy and nice. Hotel was new and staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 mins walk victoria station, bars and supermarket just few mins walking. Breakfast was good and overall an amazing stay.

Staff was amazing, specially at the restaurant, (mainly were we interacted more) but everything was great, room was a little smaller than expected but very comfortable

The Goring has a private garden, and croquet lawn. Sitting there having a drink in the afternoon sunshine was nothing short of bliss. I imagine the only other person around here who has their own garden is their neighbor King Charles!

This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were elegant and spotless. The food was exceptional, and the Executive Lounge was a huge plus making our stay comfortable and extremely enjoyable.

My experience at Hotel Rubens at the Palace was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel welcome and cared for, especially Alicja, who was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. The gentlemen at the door were also fantastic – always so nice, energetic, and full of positivity. Just seeing them each time I entered or left the hotel gave me a wonderful boost of energy. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, with modern furniture and a comfortable layout that made my stay even more enjoyable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the overall service exceeded expectations. I have already stayed here twice in August and am looking forward to coming back very soon. Everything about my stay was excellent – highly recommended!

Great value for money on late booking

The staff was amazing, and the receptionist was cheerful and helpful.

It's got charm...and a lot of stairs, so be prepared! The vending machine in the lobby is all free drinks, the vegetable soup was amazing! There was a home cooked free breakfast and the two women making it did an amazing job. I was so happy to experience full english breakfast. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants within walking distance as well as walking distance to public transportation.

My stay was fantastic! The employees were always so kind. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveler—cozy, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. It was situated on a quiet street lined with other hotels, meaning there was minimal traffic, which made it incredibly convenient for food deliveries and ride services. The location was ideal, with all forms of public transportation within a reasonable walking distance. As a solo female traveler, safety is a top priority for me, and I truly appreciated that the walk to and from public transit felt secure both during the day and after dark. The peaceful surroundings and accessibility made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone traveling alone!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, I WAS HESITANT READING SOME REVIEWS BUT IT WAS GREAT. GREAT LOCATION, WE WALKED ALMOST EVERYWHERE. COMFY BED, GOOD WATER PREASURE SHOWER, THE ROOM IS SMALL BUT IT WAS MORE THAT ENOUGH TO HAVE A NICE PLACE TO SLEEP. THE PLACE LOOKS RENOVATED. FRONT DESK WAS REALLY AND ACCOMMODATING WITH ME.

Off the main road on Buckingham Palace Rd, and easy to find location. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Traveling solo, I felt safe here, the room was small, but efficient and had everything I needed (kettle, coffee, milk, hairdryer, body/handwash, clean towels and linens - wall TV, bottled water, vwhich was very welcome.

Great decision that I changed my hotel last minute to Park plaza, they allowed me to check in early as I was so tired from a long flight, even upgraded my room. The Hospitality of Priyanka from the front desk is unmatched. Thank you!!

Stairway access is a bit small and mattress too soft, but overall 100% place to stay in.

Excellent location for transport, tube, bus, train. Really friendly staff, very good size room and a large bathroom under the road which surprised us. Well appointed, attractive room, very good breakfast.

Very strategic place, near to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Underground Station. All the staff so helpfull especially the front desk persons. All drinks available in dining room and is free. Also we can take a rest at the lobby while waiting our next journey.

The staff, definitely the staff. Very personable, informative, never showed any impatience, nothing was too much trouble and we could have a laugh with them. Particularly appreciated the 24 hour reception. The location was excellent and because our rooms were on the ground floor, access was easy especially for our mobility challenged family member.

The staff were really respectful
