Modern, very clean, comfortable & highly accessible location. Floor to ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of Tokyo. Rooms are well-appointed with sufficient lighting & temperature control. The airport limousine bus stops right at the hotel’s doorstep. Very accommodating, polite & efficient staff. They make every effort to ensure guests are happy & comfortable. Seamless check-in/check-out process.

Great location near the main attractions of Shinjuku and also close to a few metro lines, which makes it very convenient to see all areas of Tokyo during the day and go out in the evenings. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a very large bed, a sofa, and a lovely big bath. The toiletries provided are of great quality. Very quiet, we never heard noise from the street or other rooms. We tried breakfast in 3 different restaurants, including the club lounge, and there was such a variety of food that we never got bored. Both Japanese and Western options. We had access to the club lounge, and we went there for drinks and snacks a few evenings, looking out to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and great views of the city. This hotel is not cheap but it was worth every penny. I would definitely think of staying here again if I came back to Tokyo.

Amazing staff. Attention to our requests and detail. The cleaning was on point. Location is at an expensive neighborhood so it feels very safe. There are a couple of sport fields close by if you love sports. Room was big enough and well built, Very convenient.

this is my 6th time at this hotel, it's perfect, location, design and comfort in the rooms. the rooms aren't big but c'mon, it's Shibuya, you can't expect big rooms! amazing staff and the location is UNBEATABLE! Anyone staying in Tokyo should stay here, period

    It super close to Hatagaya station (Keio New Line) and you can be in Shinjuku station in no time too. Facilities are small but enough. It was clean. I was able to leave my luggage for a couple of hours for free, so that is a plus. There is a cafe attached to the hotel on 1F.

    Just minutes from the Shinjuku station, this quaint hotel is walking distance to all the action yet tucked away off of a quiet side street. Room was great for a solo traveler. Comfy bed and shower was fine. Space has some cool and quirky things inside as well as the lobby. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

    This was the perfect hotel as a solo traveler. It is serviced by the Narita airport limousine bus which is cheap and easy to use, it is within walking distance to Shinjuku station and countless great restaurants and sights. On top of that, this hotel had a great price tag for its quality and location. I would stay at this hotel again!

    The hotel has a modern and minimal look to it. The room felt very comfortable and clean. It is also a 6 minute walk from the train station that is one stop away from Shinjuku station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores as well. They provided necessary amenities in the room. Checking in was quick and easy too. The hotel has a nice cafe on the first floor and they have delicious pastries. I recommend the focaccia pizza and matcha croissant.

    The location is great, the closest station is Akobonobashi, two stops from Shinjuku station. The apartment has a kitchenette which helped us prepare quick meals, and the washing machine was a super addition to the value. The water heater had a problem on the first day but the host fixed it pretty quickly. It’s a sufficient accommodation for two people, and a very good value in Tokyo.
