The staff was brilliant, the breakfast was great and they had gluten free options made for us. Their pancakes were great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft and not causing any neck issues. There is a tram / bus stop close to the hotel which takes you into the centre, a short walk to different stop you can take the tram to Belem towers.

A little gem of a hotel in Belém overlooked by an old 18th century church, which is tastefully showcased in the in-house restaurant. The hotel itself is carefully decorated with endless attention to detail. Comfort is top notch and the staff leaves nothing to be desired. Looking forward to visiting again.

My wife and I visited Lisbon in early August this year and we were extremely happy with our choice of hotel. It was in a cosy beautiful neighborhood hidden from the crowds and noise of the main streets but at the same time in 10 minutes walk from all the central sightseeing locations of the city. There was a great restaurant with a fantastic view just in a couple of steps from the hotel, and the hotel itself has a rooftop with an awesome view of the city and the bay. The breakfast was very good with homemade traditional food and sweets. Our room was quite small in size, but it hat just enough space and shelfs to store our luggage and belongings, so the remaining space for perfect for two. The hosts were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. Special thanks to Gabriel, Claudia and Joao. One advice from me to everyone seeking to feel the vibe of an ocean- go to Costa Da Caparica! And try a surfing class. That’s worth visiting Lisbon:)

One of the best hotels I had stayed. The staff is very friendly and helped us in everything. The architecture and decoration are superb, the restaurants include one with micheline stars. The breakfast is great with a view of the river. Hope to come back soon

    We loved how comfortable it was. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Great water pressure in the shower and nice hot water. The location is also great. A very short walk to LX factory and other fun areas. A lovely coffee shop just below.

    The location of this property is its selling point. It’s walking distance from LX Factory and near the water. You can walk to the Belem castles and it’s near parks and many restaurants. The apartment is also well equipped for a long/short stay. They have a full stove/oven/fridge and freezer with all pots/plates needed.

    Fantastic location in the LX factory, super friendly staff, the sleeping pod has the lights, curtain, your own locker and is very private. Free breakfast, sangria and rooftop bar deserve special praise! It’s also possible to do laundry and even get yourself a drying rack here, which I don’t see too often in hostels. Highly recommend this place, would definitely stay here again once in Lisbon!
