Most comfortable bed ever. Very clean rooms. Spacious bathroom with hot water available all the time. Awesome location with great places to eat/shop close by. Close to all the sights in lower Manhattan and Fulton Station is right across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Loved everything about the room. Chelsea room. It was located on the 10th floor facing south. No noise from the street at all.

The room was fantastic and spacy! Filtered water machine in the room, coffee machine, nice bathroom accessories etc. The beds , also the sofa bed, were so comfortable !! And stuff was very professional and friendly!

The hotel is very comfortable from the moment you walk in into the reception area. It is very quiet and smells really good. The rooms are very relaxing and makes you feel like you’re home. Not to mention, the friendliness of the staff ( specially George - receptionist ) . Definitely amazing hotel!
