Good location, nice facilities, welcoming staff, awesome room service & super clean

The location was close to the train and also to the old town. The free breakfast was really good! The view from our window, and rooftop lookout were great.

We repeatedly come to Moxy, Sion as we find it the best solution for skiing in 4 vallées (Nendaz, Verbier, Veysonnaz, etc.) or on the other side (Crans-Montana). When you see the prices of rooms in the mountains, it's 3 to 10 times more expensive. So, we choose to sleep in Moxy, Sion and in the morning we drive to Nendaz (about 20 minutes) and we ski all day. Hotel is new, very clean, comfortable. You get a free welcome drink, toiletries, speedy wi-fi without a password, free parking, even in garage if there's space, and a free smile from everyone who works there. Next to the hotel entrance (20 meters away) is the entrance to B64 restaurant, where you can eat fine food or a burger, good choice of wines, as you wish. Hotel also offers some delicious food and a great breakfast. Very silent, good for sleeping. Petrol station is 50 meters away. All is great there.

Nice cozy hotel with good breakfast. They have free pickup service from the train station if Ur travelling with luggage else it's walkable from the station without any uphill climb. They have laundry facility with washing and dryer for 9 Swiss francs and they give you washing liquid as well.

Clean and spacious room. Spa area was incredible! I loved the outside jacuzzi with mountain view. Super good breakfast with a lot of variety. Five minutes walking from the train station and village center (although hotel offers shuttle service). I highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful and practically in the centre of Brig. Our room was spacious, airy and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff were really very nice and always wearing a big smile :) Besides we were given a free garage space for our motorcycle.

Location (Brig being a railway node connecting different parts of Switzerland and even Italy, and the accommodation just sitting in front of the castle, amazing views 😍). Staff were REALLY helpful and considerate, took the time to recommend things & chat. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. Very good value for money considering Switzerland. Brig is worth a visit, and you have direct trains to Bern, Zermatt, Geneve, Isola Belle…

Cleanliness, excellent service and kind staff

It's a very surprising arrangement. The hotel is warm and comfortable, with large space. There is a room with a terrace, and you can see the snowy mountains. When you get up in the morning, it's very comfortable to pour a cup of hot coffee and sit on the terrace.

This is my 4th stay, and I love this hotel. Zermatt is my happy bolace and Alpen Fleurs is a big part of that. Excellent spa facilities.

I've had the best scrambled eggs ever at breakfast, the staff was great, the rest of the breakfast was amazing.

The rooms were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a very clean environment. The swimming pool was amazing and a great highlight of the stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was amazing, the facility and staff were exceptional. Lots of space so even when it’s busy you could find a place to relax.

One of my favourite places on our Europe trip - staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and every little detail was amazing - down to the wonderful bath crystals that sadly I didn’t have time to use. The sauna, pool and wellness area were pure bliss on our rest day on the Haute Route and the hotel is conveniently on the major bus route from Le Chable and the Verbier bus to the gondola and centre is free. Loved this place! PS: the breakfast was unreal too! Not to be missed!
