The hotel we keep coming back to — our favourite in all of London. Once again everything was excellent and truly special. We visited during Halloween and were surprised with a lovely gift and beautifully prepared, delicious sweets. It made us feel truly appreciated. We would also like to thank Ms. Jolanta for her outstanding service during breakfast—she made our mornings even more enjoyable. She is a consummate professional in every way. The service from the entire team was exceptional – we felt genuinely cared for. We will definitely be back.

We booked this hotel to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly luxurious. The hotel itself is beautifully modern and spotless, and the atmosphere immediately made our stay feel special. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to help. The door staff deserve a special mention - they were consistently attentive, helping with our bags and greeting us with a smile every time walked past, which really added to the overall experience. Nothing ever telt like too much trouble; any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The level of service was outstanding and made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. While it is a little more expensive than average, it is well worth it for the quality and experience. Overall, this was a memorable stay and the perfect choice for a special occasion - we would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to others. The room was also decorated for my partner's birthday, which was a lovely touch and made the stay feel even more special.

Was sunny, which made all the walking even better — and I walked a lot. I explored Big Ben, Whitehall, Westminster, Tower Bridge, the Sherlock Holmes Baker Street area, and even managed to walk across several of the city’s bridges. London is incredibly easy to get around; public transport is seamless, and being able to use contactless payment on buses and the Underground makes everything stress-free. It felt like the perfect mix of sightseeing, wandering, and soaking up the city’s energy. If

Hounslow is a thriving town very close to Heathrow airport and large businesses. We found the locals to be friendly and there was everything you would need to enhance your stay - pubs, cafés, shops, a large cinema etc. There were lots of families walking their children to school so we assume it's well-equipped from that point of view. It is very easy to navigate Hounslow on foot or by road. We hope to visit again and stay for longer next time

We had just one night- arrived in the morning (and were allowed to park and leave the car), nice lunch at the hotel and then the train (35 mins) into London for a few hours. The next day, we visited Hampton Court Palace (parked in the HCP car park up the road) and then drove home from there. It was a great way to do it.

I recently stayed at Heatherbank Guest House.

I recently stayed at Heatherbank Guest House. The location is relatively convenient for Stansted Airport – about an hour by car transfer – and the staff were friendly enough. As my room did not have a microwave, they kindly allowed me to use the kitchen one. The room and bathroom were clean, with fresh towels provided daily, which I appreciated. However, one major issue left me quite frustrated. On the morning of my departure, I had an early flight at 7 am and needed to wake up at 3 am. To my surprise, the electricity (or main lighting) in my room and bathroom was completely off. I had to shower using my phone’s flashlight. Thankfully, I had finished packing the night before, as doing so in pitch darkness would have been impossible. I checked, and it wasn’t just my room – the small room between my entrance and the main hallway also had no power. Only the main hallway lights were on, which was a relief, as otherwise carrying two heavy suitcases downstairs would have been extremely unsafe. This situation made me think: what if a guest were ill and needed the bathroom at night, a breastfeeding mother needing light, or someone returning late in the evening? I had noticed the generator (or main power) going on and off during the two previous nights as well, with a short power surge to the mini fridge, which was quite noisy. This is an important matter that should be communicated to guests and fixed promptly. While the cleanliness and some of the staff’s helpfulness were positives, this power outage experience left me feeling stressed and disappointed.

The staff vary considerably - some are friendly and really helpful whereas others are 'just doing the bare minimum'. There were some great eateries around the area and plenty of shops, bank and coffee houses. Great location with easy access to the station and the town.
