Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Amazing interior, huge rooms, beautiful views. Even though we were in London we didn't want to leave the room! The staff was amazing, everyone super kind always there to help with anything in a second. We loved the quality of the breakfast and any food/drinks ordered via room service. I do not personally love Shoreditch but the hotel is located 4-5 minutes away from the tube so transport was really easy for us. The spa experience was also really nice and relaxing.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gestures like sweets and drinks. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home right away. The hotel is truly luxurious, with stunning and well-thought-out decor. I loved the elegant touches of pink and gold throughout, as well as the marble bathroom, which added such a sophisticated feel. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and it creates such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. On top of that, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a memorable stay. A special thank you to Poppie, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Your kindness and care truly made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to London!

The location is excellent taking only a couple of minutes to walk from Shepherd’s Bush station. The design of the hotel is beautiful, feels like a boutique style despite being part of a chain. The staff were fantastic, so polite and couldn’t do more to help. The bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom very clean with small touches such as a welcome note and chocolate treat. We stayed within the first two weeks of opening and so were the first to stay in our room - there was an issue with the shower that had gone undetected, once we notified reception, they moved us rooms and upgraded us for the inconvenience. The way this was handled by the staff and management was second to none, the service they provided means we will be staying again.

25 years ago I have been working in the restaurant of the Claridges. It was always a dream, to be there a gast end lately this dream come true and it was an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly, helpfull and approached me if my question could not be answered as soon as the spotted me again. The room i have stayed was on the 7th floor and had a balcony. Lucky me and my husband (we celebrated our 15th anniversary) the weather was comfortable warm and cloudy - therefore we could enjoy the afternoon on the balcony watching over the houses of london. As I mentioned the anniversary as a side remark, I was highly suprised of the "small" suprises which were delivered to our room.

We had the best time. The hotel is just stunning and newly renovated. We used the spa facilities and it was so nice after a long day out walking. All the staff were really nice and helpful. We even had a bottle of bubbly and a fruit basket as a surprise in our upgraded room. What a treat to come back to🥰. Breakfast was so fresh and there wasn’t anything you couldn’t get, and served until the 11am. We will for sure be back.

St Albans is a lovely, compact city with a good range of independent and high street shops (and very few empty units, unlike other places). It's very walkable, the Abbey and grounds and other historic sights make for added interest alongside the many medieval buildings (including a number of ancient pubs). You are spoilt for choice for places to eat and drink. It's great for an overnight stop, or a short break. It's worth saying that the main centre is at the top of a couple of big hills, but it's all pretty flat once you're there.
