Room was huge, and so well equipped. Gorgeous touches like the different lighting settings, the electric blinds. The design of everything is so considered. Bathroom was great. Bed was so so comfy. Staff were all lovely. Enjoyed the pool and steam/sauna. Restaurant was good too. The perfect hotel!

Great location. Quiet rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. Really great breakfast buffet. From the moment you enter the foyer, your eyes are treated to a feast of colour. Quirky features throughout keep this hotel interesting and the Jenga blocks at recpetion were well used too. Professional and friendly staff. Chilled and relaxed atmosphere. I'll deinitely return

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming – they truly made us feel at home. We especially appreciated the care and professionalism of the entire team. It was a really good experience. The hotel room was cosy and clean. The view was amazing. Sanitary fittings were new, thermostat was working very well in the shower. It was an amazing stay. The hotel is located in a good area: City is safe enough and not crowdy, especially on the weekends. On the other hand, underground is super close and you can be in the most popular locations in around 20 minutes.

Exciting metropolitan city in Europe with endless things to explore. The variety of food is something special. Besides all the known sights we can recommend to visit some of the great parks (Green/St. James/Hyde/Regents) as well as entry free museums (National History, British Museum, Tate modern). Note, whilst many places have free admission, tickets to enter on a specific day/time may often be needed to avoid long waiting times. A special tip is to visit the tower bridge, which includes a walk on the connection between the two towers 30m above bridge level, nicely overlooking the area.

Hounslow is a thriving town very close to Heathrow airport and large businesses. We found the locals to be friendly and there was everything you would need to enhance your stay - pubs, cafés, shops, a large cinema etc. There were lots of families walking their children to school so we assume it's well-equipped from that point of view. It is very easy to navigate Hounslow on foot or by road. We hope to visit again and stay for longer next time

We had just one night- arrived in the morning (and were allowed to park and leave the car), nice lunch at the hotel and then the train (35 mins) into London for a few hours. The next day, we visited Hampton Court Palace (parked in the HCP car park up the road) and then drove home from there. It was a great way to do it.

I recently stayed at Heatherbank Guest House.

I recently stayed at Heatherbank Guest House. The location is relatively convenient for Stansted Airport – about an hour by car transfer – and the staff were friendly enough. As my room did not have a microwave, they kindly allowed me to use the kitchen one. The room and bathroom were clean, with fresh towels provided daily, which I appreciated. However, one major issue left me quite frustrated. On the morning of my departure, I had an early flight at 7 am and needed to wake up at 3 am. To my surprise, the electricity (or main lighting) in my room and bathroom was completely off. I had to shower using my phone’s flashlight. Thankfully, I had finished packing the night before, as doing so in pitch darkness would have been impossible. I checked, and it wasn’t just my room – the small room between my entrance and the main hallway also had no power. Only the main hallway lights were on, which was a relief, as otherwise carrying two heavy suitcases downstairs would have been extremely unsafe. This situation made me think: what if a guest were ill and needed the bathroom at night, a breastfeeding mother needing light, or someone returning late in the evening? I had noticed the generator (or main power) going on and off during the two previous nights as well, with a short power surge to the mini fridge, which was quite noisy. This is an important matter that should be communicated to guests and fixed promptly. While the cleanliness and some of the staff’s helpfulness were positives, this power outage experience left me feeling stressed and disappointed.
