The property is extremely central which was great for a shorter stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The room and hotel in general was very clean.

Its location gives easy access to major attractions. Easy to travel by bus or cab/uber. Hotel itself was clean and the room was spacious with big bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Staff were friendly and pleasant and always on hand to provide information. Their concierge desk was a go to for us as first time visitors to London and we got good tips on getting around and getting to specific places we wanted to visit along with other options.

Perfect location. Close to the Victoria station tube and National Coach as well as many restaurants and attractions. The room was large, comfortable with modern amenities. The breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever seen. The staff were very efficient, helpful and were very eager to make our stay pleasant

The breakfast was full of nutrient and delicious food. The location was ideal, near two tube stations, near super markets, restaurants, souvenir shops. Quiet and delightful at the same time!

Location & easy check in/check out

It was bright and welcoming staff were very helpful. They allowed us late check out. Location perfect so central.

Beautiful location so peaceful with lovely views of St Katherine’s dock from the bedroom, very close to lots of bars and great restaurants and site seeing. Staff very friendly and hotel clean. The free mini bar, good coffee and tea and our gift, a bottle of wine from the hotel were perfect. We will definitely come back .

The location was fantastic—right near the British Museum and within walking distance to the city center. I also loved that there was a small, but beatifull park just across the street, perfect for a peaceful stroll or a moment of relaxation. It really added to the charm of the stay!
