"We visit London at least once a year and always have a fantastic time. We love the theatres, the atmosphere and events such as BST Hyde Park, and we've never had any problems. This time we also tried Thai Square Trafalgar Square for the first time, and it was outstanding. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. We'd definitely recommend it. The only negative experience we've had was with a cycle rickshaw (pedicab). Before getting in, my wife asked the rider how much it would cost to take us back to our hotel, around 1.5 miles away, and he clearly said £25. When we arrived, he tried to charge us £50, claiming the £25 was per person, despite never mentioning that beforehand. We paid the £25 that had originally been agreed and nothing more. I've since heard of other visitors being quoted a fare, only to be told at the end that it was per person or even per mile. My advice is to avoid any misunderstanding by agreeing the total price for the whole journey before setting off. Other than that, London remains one of our favourite cities. There's always something to see and do, and we're already looking forward to our next visit."

""We stayed at this hotel from December 6th to 13th. The hotel was clean and cozy. The staff were very kind, accommodating, and professional. After a long time, my partner and I got a proper good night's sleep and truly relaxed. The breakfasts were excellent, and it was great that we could have something different every day. :) Thank you to the kind gentleman who managed the breakfast service for making me a waffle with Nutella and honey every morning. We had a wonderful time with you and I already miss it. I hope we'll see each other again soon! :) My boyfriend and I highly recommend this hotel!" "Visiting London has always been my dream, so my boyfriend and I were looking at hotels and I came across this one, and I'm so grateful that we chose this hotel. Thank you so much for everything!""

"Hotel was right in the centre of Watford within 5 min walk of the high street in one direction and the main train station only 5 min in the opposite direction. Excellent shopping centre just across road from hotel with all the high street shops under one roof. Easy access to the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios. I drove into London which was a 35 min drive to Acton town. And Luton airport was just 30 min drive away also. All in all, would definitely recommend a stay in Watford."

"This is a beautiful area, the shops and restaurants climb up Richmond Hill with the river running gracefully below. There is a great range of coffee shops, eateries and the sort of quirky shops that you find in affluent areas. Traffic wasn't as bad as we expected and the location is so good for access to country and city options close by. The underground and BR station means that you don't need to travel by car to go and see a whole lot of interesting things. Just walking along the side of the river is an absolute pleasure. Really recommend Richmond for an 'access to London' break or actually as a destination on its own."

The only down side was the doors as you entered the building where the bedrooms were slammed terribly which went on banging quite late but when mentioned it at reception they were aware of it and said they would correct it other than that the stay was very good."

"We stayed overnight at the Hindes hotel as we were in London for the weekend attending the NFL game at Tottenham. Due to the train strike we had to take a coach in to London which meant we arrived at the hotel at approx. 10 AM, much earlier than the normal check in. The staff were fantastic and had our room ready so we could check in early and enjoy our trip without having to carry our bags with us. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable, there was also a fridge in the room which was a nice touch. The bathroom was spotless and the shower fantastic, lovely and hot with great water pressure. I will definitely be stopping at the Hindes hotel the next time I visit London."

Such a friendly, helping and lovely staff at Avon Hotel. They helped us with everyting we needed, city instructions,Oyster cards, socket adapter, taxi for the airport.I felt so sorry I didnt had the chance to say goodbay with a big hug because of the early hour we left.I recomand Avon Hotel,it is closed to eveeything,15- 20 min to anywhere you wished to go.The Paddington station is 3 min walk.We only used the undergound and not the bus.The Hyde Park is 5- 10 min walk and it is amazing to visit. We basically walked from Hyde Park to Victoria station. The breakfast was also very good and tasty, with coffee, orange juice, tea, fruits. In London it is not easy to find a hotel which offers also breakfast, therefore for this location is a plus and it is something what we were looking for when choosing the hotel.Highly recomomend Avon Hotel!

The location is excellent taking only a couple of minutes to walk from Shepherd’s Bush station. The design of the hotel is beautiful, feels like a boutique style despite being part of a chain. The staff were fantastic, so polite and couldn’t do more to help. The bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom very clean with small touches such as a welcome note and chocolate treat. We stayed within the first two weeks of opening and so were the first to stay in our room - there was an issue with the shower that had gone undetected, once we notified reception, they moved us rooms and upgraded us for the inconvenience. The way this was handled by the staff and management was second to none, the service they provided means we will be staying again.

We had the best time. The hotel is just stunning and newly renovated. We used the spa facilities and it was so nice after a long day out walking. All the staff were really nice and helpful. We even had a bottle of bubbly and a fruit basket as a surprise in our upgraded room. What a treat to come back to🥰. Breakfast was so fresh and there wasn’t anything you couldn’t get, and served until the 11am. We will for sure be back.

Harrow is a great area to stay in, especially if you’re looking for somewhere convenient and lively. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, including supermarkets and a nice mall within about 5 minutes, which makes it really easy to pick up groceries or anything you need. The area feels vibrant and well-connected, with excellent transport links. The Metropolitan line makes it easy to travel into central London as well as to places like Wembley and Heathrow. Overall, Harrow is a very practical and enjoyable location, with a good mix of convenience, accessibility, and local amenities.

West Ealing is more of a quite family living area.

West Ealing is more of a quite family living area. No stores or restaurants close to the spot. We were about 10-15 minutes walk from the subway station. Around the station there are some small coffee shops and the groceries store is near. We used to do our groceries shop in one station before (Ealing Broadway, while our station was West Ealing). Ealing Broadway has it all, like the small town itself. We took the bus E7 to get directly home from there. It is very close when you use the transport.
