Positive section of review
All fine, easy to collect keys. Place was clean. Location was walking distance to the south pier / train station. Although we were not in Blackpool to be 'tourists' Our accommodation was changed a few days before arrival. We were offered a choice of two other options. The owners / management team communicated well via sms.

Parking in the local area is residents only. Many expensive car parks just for overnight stay. Expected costs would have been helpful. As the property accommodation is in the roof space it was a rather noisy stay due to the winds rattling the tiles and the windows. The angle of the roof and the size of the main bedroom would make it very difficult for tall people to use comfortably. We are 5'7" and 5'8" only and it was not ideal for us. As the side of the bed is pushed against the wall you can only get in / out of the bed one way, again not ideal.

Capsules were well-equipped, roomier than I imagined and the space was all clean and well kept. Kitchenette was useful, great WiFi which I used for two work calls. Storage locker great, and the extra touch of the slippers was good too. The 10pm quiet rule was adhered to by all the guests that were there during my stay.
Negative section of review
The main door is heavy and therefore noisy as people come and go. Noise is the biggest issue but I slept well from 11pm - 5am, when another guest got up. As quiet as they were, it made me stir so I dozed until 7am. Another guest tried to tell me to stop talking at 9am in the coworking space when I was on a work call. As it’s pitched as having that space, I wouldn’t expect anyone to be that quiet after 8am, but especially not at 9am on a weekday when normal business hours resume.

I liked the room and the location. I did appreciate the level of detail and that for a small single room, the space was very efficient. I also liked having a French press and proper ground coffee for my morning coffee available in the room.
Negative section of review
One big minus for me especially because I was traveling alone was the fact that the door was not locking from the inside and from the outside it wouldn't allow me to lock the door properly with the key and if seemed that if someone would have pool the door hard enough the door would have opened.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the residents lounge. Dinning areas had a nice atmosphere and the staff are always attentive and cheerful

The hotel’s Maseratis was next to our room and its continuous noise late evening was annoying. A light bulb in one of the bedside reading lights needed replacing.

Good size rooms. Big bathroom with a decent shower. Stayed before and would stay again. Location is good even though its just off the A13. Nice and quiet considering.

Stayed in Room 21 this time and there's a constant bleeping noise from something in the reception area which can be annoying when trying to sleep

The location close to the railway station was ideal for us. It was a relatively easy walk into the city centre and also there was a supermarket close by.

The only issue we found was that there was no instructions for the oven and coming from outside of the UK, we were unfamiliar with the way the appliance was operated.

No pressure in shower had to fill the bath slowly to wash properly! Air con doesn’t seem to work either.

Bathroom floor tiles in most rooms I've stayed in are coming loose so quite poor condition but showers aren't bad.
