The property surpassed our expectations, matching the photos precisely. Immaculately clean and well-organized, it provided a welcoming atmosphere during our week-long stay. Every amenity essential for a comfortable home life was readily available. Its proximity to Hounslow train station, a mere 5-minute walk, and the city center, reachable within 10-15 minutes on foot, made it exceptionally convenient. The host’s clear and concise instructions for check-in and check-out further enhanced our experience. Without hesitation, we look forward to the possibility of booking with them again in the future.

Perhaps worth noting is the occasional noise from passing airplanes, attributable to the property's proximity to the airport. Particularly noticeable in the bedroom, it may affect light sleepers. However, I believe the host could potentially address this concern by considering soundproofing measures for the windows, which would likely resolve the issue. Despite this minor inconvenience, our stay was otherwise flawless.

Great communications, friendly and helpful staff. Handy location for town and work - I leave my car at work out of choice, but I could see that parking might be inconvenient for some. All the in room facilities you could need, bar aircon.

Road noise due to on street location and orientation of room. Not usually a problem in other Jasmine House rooms to be fair! It was hot, so keeping window shut for noise, whilst managing temperatures was a bit tricky.

no toiletbrush in the loo and no toilet seat cover sink is very low and tiny, and too close to the toilet - good if you are in a wheelchair or have small kids shower splashes all over the floor despite the curtain

The apartment didn't look like it had been cleaned. Urine splatter on the toilet seat, large dusty cobwebs in the corners of rooms, dirty skirting boards and stains on the bedding. We booked for 6 and were only provided towels for 3 and no additional bedding for the sofa bed. After messaging the host we were directed to find towels and sheets from the trunk outside but was still left with no duvet and no solution to this. Hosts were slow to respond and unapologetic.
