The decor to the hotel is very fresh

There was no sings on the outside of the hotel to show that it’s changed from the Ibis to the Romford hotel , the main doors did not open so was not sure I was at the right place was only when a member of staff come down and let me in , the room was nice but no milk on the tray in the room , no standard breakfast tea(just a mango and earl gray) the toilet constantly filled with water , there was the sound of water going through the building , went down for breakfast and there was no staff around for about 5mins and the doors to the restaurant did not work so had to stand in the hall way , was the. Told the chef had not turned up so could not offer the breakfast that was included in the price (she was expecting the chef to arrive in 10/15 mins he would then need to prep and cook the food so I did not have time )
