the hotel was very good. We are excited to see the improvements that are going to be made. Maz in the bar restaurant was very welcoming and very attentive. He was efficient warm and friendly. Reception staff were helpful and accommodating. It was really helpful to be able to book the restaurant in advance and on arrival decided to change the time of our booking and Maz was very helpful. Information about the current building renovations prior to arrival was much appreciated. There was some small noises but then it subsided and did not impact on our stay. The grounds are lovely.

The beverage tray in the room was broken and just needed a little glue. This did not impact on the stay... this was just an observation. I believe my daughter attempted to use the room telephone which did not work. Again this did not impact on the stay.

Greeted warmly on our arrival and from walking into the front door I knew this place was special. Everything was provided including a flannel to remove makeup. A slice of Bara Brith Welsh Bread was waiting for us and we were in a room of absolute luxury. Breakfast was tremendous and all needs catered for. Highly recommend and can't wait to return next year.

Great location, 4 tube stations within 5 mins of walk, bus station round the corner. 25 mins and you are standing in front of the Buckingham Palace. 3 people can sleep in the room. The kitchen is well equipped.

The bathroom needs an upgrade. Mould in the corner of the tub is really a big minus and can be easily fixed. The bed matrace also should be changed. Two more bed covers needed (if 3 people staying)

Very clean and well fitted room. Everything you need for a short stay including private shower and kitchenette with fridge. A short walk to Finsbury Park tube and lots of shops and conveniences nearby.

It's a brand new hotel, I was the first to stay in the room I stayed in, so don't be put off by the below. It was a good place to stay and I would do it again. Wasn't sure how to get in at first. The hotel would benefit from some signage to say where the office is to check in but it's brand new and I'm sure that will follow. Couldn't find a hairdryer in the room which was listed in the description, so it would be good to provide that or remove it from the description. Clothes hangers would be useful so the wardrobe can be used fully. No batteries in the TV remote 😉 I'm sure all these things can be worked out.

Well located hotel in Kenilworth high street, handy for all sorts of restaurants and shops. Reasonably size room and a clean, comfortable bed. Parking on site is free, although spaces are tight.

It’s an odd place, with a walk through the Indian restaurant to the rooms. Tired and old fashioned room fixtures etc, not easy on the eye but everything worked. Woken at 4.30am by hotel staff in the corridor with a radio playing music (yes, really), lots of comings and goings after that as there was a store cupboard near my room, so no chance of getting back to sleep. Hotel very keen to push dinner and breakfast on check in, fine if you want your eggs with the smell of last night’s curry. Ants in my room in the morning sort of capped it, really. A few extra pounds buy a much nicer experience at nearby alternatives, so not intending to return.
