The apartment was beautifully furnished, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, the lounge/kitchen diner is very spacious and well equipped. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage in the large wardrobe. There is an ensuite bathroom which is also accessible from the hallway. Underfloor heating through out the apartment making it very cosy. A parking space for one car is an added bonus. The market square in Richmond is less than a 5 minute walk . I loved everything about the apartment, the design, decor and closeness to the centre of Richmond.

Very good value for money. I loved the position and parking of the hotel for a motorway stopover. We stayed on Sunday night and were both surprised and delighted to be able to get an excellent meal. The cold water units are excellent allowing you to fill up with still or sparkling chilled water. Great attention to detail from all the staff. An extensive breakfast offering with comprehensive serving time. We have stayed before and will stay again.

We were very impressed - the room was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail with all of the antiques and curiosities was wonderful. Hosts were as friendly as you could ever expect. Continental breakfast was very nice with homemade jams.

Parking situation, I know there is a car park 10 minutes walk away but that was the only thing but it does state first come first serve so we were fully aware of this before arriving
