The position of the property is very goog. Not far to walk to the center. The communiation with the owner was very good, quick, easy, clear, positive. Nothing to complain about. The vistitor can find notes, manuals and instructions all over the flat and there is also a book of instructions wher you can find all information. This actally made me a little nervouse and uncomfortable at the first moment and I was affraid to do anything in there, but got used to is afterwards. One will find eveyrthing needed.

The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful. At one point we had nowhere to eat and the restaurant was full - but realising our predicament (as walkers on foot) they went the extra mile to help us out.

I think the chef may have been off on the Sunday morning, as the breakfasts were not quite as tasty as they looked, particularly the hollandaise sauce. Also we hadn't realised that every component of breakfast needed to be ordered the night before (not just the cooked elements) and so we failed to get any cereal, juice (and would have failed to get tea or coffee or toast if our host had not relented). This was our mistake, but hopefully knowing they do it this way will help other travellers.

The location was fabulous, really close to lots of facilities and transport. Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The bathroom was really tight and pokey. You had to shut the door to access the hand basin. Laminate was water damaged and peeling.
