Henry was very helpful, and gave answers quickly. Obviously he seeked to provide healthy choices for breakfast (cereals, musli with low sugar/no added sugar, plant based milk, fruits…etc).

The walls are paper-thin (I mean it), you can hear the other guests rolling over in the bed - it’s necessary to know. But it also has to be said the place has only single rooms, and Henry provide earplugs.

Extremely comfy bed with new en-suite bathroom. Hot tubs were amazing…hot and changing facilities/bathroom next to. Gorgeous warmed fluffy robes with a cocktail included 5*****

The rooms /the noise/Problems with Three rooms we ended up in.Things that didn't work in all three rooms. Breakfast was very poor and did not know what to do and nobody to explain, we just kept walking around and no staff acknowledged or spoke to us .Everytime we tried to ask a question the staff completely ignored us. We did not know that the cooked breakfast had to be ordered at the counter where payment is made. The day that we arrived we went in to the Restaurent to have a meal we were completely ignored ,so we went up to the Harvester instead and got really good service. The Hotel badly needs updating. We would have gone home early but for the Hotel Manager and her excellent staff

I didn’t like the fact I got charged to park across the road and it costed me an additional £40 for my stay. I didn’t like the fact every time I went out my card stopped opening my door and had to go down to reception. I didn’t like the fact I could hear next door talking when I’m in my room.
