  Exceptionally clean and well presented rooms with everything you need for a comfortable night's stay. Restaurant facilities convenient and staff were really friendly. Breakfast very good with great selection, caters for every need. Dinner in restaurant was good and arrived very quickly. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Check in and check out made very easy. We loved the accessibility to the terminals takes a lot of stress out of getting to check in on time. Not too busy and good atmosphere throughout. Would stay again as great value for money and would recommend to other travellers.

  I have stayed here several times and know I will get a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price. The location suits the purpose of my visit and the free public parking just round the corner is a big plus point. The hotel is always spotlessly clean

  Loved being close to the O2 Arena as we were going there for a gig. Staff were very friendly and even received a curtesy call when booked in to make sure we were happy with the room and were we needing extra water or towels which was lovely.

  This is the first hotel in the world i have visited who dont give a brush and paste at the reception. This was a last minute booking and I had to go out to buy one!! really a bad start for me I came back and to my horror, they dont even provide drinking water in the room. I was told to "go to the bar and ask them" - when I did, i bought the costliest water bottles in the world!! that really was starting to get show me what to expect from Village.. I went into the room disappointed, and then wanted to take a shower... the shower gel container was empty.. i was in the tub ready to take a shower and there is no soap. Well, now really pi55ed off, i just wanted to take a warm shower.. but that is asking for too much too from Village. The knob that i had to twist to get the water out was so tight that i had to wrestle will all my strength to get a few drops out.. and I am a 6'2" 95KG fully grown man!! overall terrible hotel.. and please stay as far away as possible from this awful place!!
