  Well equipped with extras in bedroom/bathroom/kitchen so it felt more homely than other rentals. Check in was smooth and host made herself available at any time. Property is spacious and in a quiet residential location. Walkable into town and parks/pubs etc. Wouldn't hesitate to book again at Little Dene.

  Mattress on bed was fairly worn out so probably time to replace it. Bonus would be to have a smart TV to be able to access iplayer, Netflix etc rather than just live TV. Or else a chromecast/firestick to connect own device with TV apps.

  The photos accurately reflect what it is. Decent room in nice old house. Bathroom very large and reasonably clean.

  There is a dog living in the house, and I'm mildly allergic to dogs. Plus the mattress isn't great, it contains memory foam and is in the shape of the usual occupant.

  The place was clean and comfortable to me. The instructions to go to the apartment and how to enter the room.

  I did not see my host, so, nobody explained to me how to use the facilities in the apartment or if there were more people inside. Could be a point to improve with the guests.

  The caravan is filthy and dusty. There was a broken glass in the cupboard and a broken high chair in the cupboard. The beds were not comfy at all. They put stale water for fairy liquid next to the sink. The iron spat out white powder all over the clothes and ruined them. There was dog biscuits and rubbish on the floor of the bedroom.. there was no bin bags or dairy liquid and hardly any toilet roll on arrival yet they did not state this wasn't there before we arrived. There is no wifi. It is very small and cramped.. I wouldn't recommend at all do not waste your money. The owners like to ignore you:)

  Had a knock on the door 45 minutes before we were due to check out and within 3 seconds of us not answering because we were getting dressed they began trying to unlock the door to come straight in , pushing our key out on the floor that was in the door already. They were trying to check the fire alarms or something but we felt this was really intrusive as no warning was given and if I hadn’t rushed out of the bathroom to say we were in there they would of burst straight in.
