Fantastic location close to the beach and with good transport links to nearby resorts. Well equipped kitchen, with breakfast items which was really helpful. Comfy beds, master bedroom very spacious and easily accommodated our travel cot. Parking on the street was easy. 10 min walk to the town which had lots of places to eat. Host very kindly posted a teddy which got left behind!

Just as a few pointers we would suggest more hangers in the wardrobe, a brighter bathroom light and better lighting in the hallway. TV didn't pick up many channels but we managed to cast our phones. WiFi only worked in the twin bedroom!

The hotel is really convenient from the station and by car. It has a Starbucks and pub/restaurant underneath which are great. The hotel has a gym and pool which you can access as a guest for a small fee. The rooms were small but cosy and well appointed - kettle, iron, hanging space, hooks, tv etc. Everything was incredibly clean.

I have no idea why the bathroom wall is glass. You can change it so it is clouded but my goodness - it’s not sexy to see you partner or a mate on the loo!? I know this is now common but no one wants to see anyone on the loo in the bathroom.

My mum can cook, really cook. I rang her up and told her her breakfast was second compared to this little gem I have just found. Also the room was very presentable, clean and comfortable.
