The bed was very , very comfortable. Slept really well. Very quiet throughout the night as well considering the hotel is on the main road. View from the bedroom window was across the loch and superb. Breakfast was delicious and buffet style so you could get as much or as little as you wanted. Staff are very helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would stay here again.

Although not an issue for us , no parking is available so you need to find a long stay car park and remember to renew the ticket each day. So not really the hotels problem but just something to be aware of .

The most welcoming owner nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and lovely. The facilities were great! A home away from home :) didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back! Would highly recommend

Lovely little place, very comfortable. Slept well. Owner very accommodating. Happy to set up iron in her kitchen for our use.

Only one large towel provided for the 2 of us but I'm sure if we had requested more the owner would have provided them. Woken by gym users chatting by the guest house early morning. Not too much of a problem as we were leaving by 9, but if we were staying longer and hoping for a lie in, I'd have been unhappy. Further from the centre than I realised but great transport links.

We had a terrible experience here and wish to lodge a formal complaint in the strongest possible terms. The venue gave us the wrong room number and access code which meant we walked in on someone else’s room. If they are giving out other peoples room codes what’s to stop them giving out our rooms codes? Felt unsafe and I think booking.com should investigate or ban this venue.
