- “The modern retro look in room and the amazingly decorated corridors made this place my favorite hotel. I had the luck of getting an airside room and could see nighttime operations on the runways. Certainly a place an AVgeek would love. The small touches like postcards in room and great amenities like shaving razor and cream were much appreciated. The "secret" rooftop terrace where you could sit and watch operations at the airport 24/7 was wonderful. Staff were all lovely - one manager was even greeting people outside and leading them in to the lobby.”

Stephane can give you for very cheap price. The old town, the Big Buddha and many beaches you can ride in 20 minutes. I will go back to Stephane for sure. The best is you can see the sea from your bed. The morning is beautiful. The best place for breakfast is only 50 meters from the house. Many good restaurants are 5 minutes by walk.”

  You can tell that this is a business run by someone who cares their customers have a good expereince. Ben was really helpful and a prompt communicator ahead of and during our stay. The room itself was lovely and just as described. We found it and gained access easily. The space is really nice and the facilities excellent. Wooler is a nice little town.

  We were missing some coffee capsules for the machine, which was a shame as we were looking forward to a coffee ahead of our early start.

  The staff were amazing. We have stayed twice and met Adele on both occasions and she was extremely friendly and helpful and hardworking…an absolute asset to the place. Equally the other staff members (sorry I couldn’t remember the names) were also friendly.

  The shower looks beautiful but the water pressure is terrible. Also the sofa bed for my two children was incredibly small and uncomfortable. Two single beds of another double would be good for older children in family rooms.

  We were told that there were no fire drills planned so if the alarm went off to vacate... the alarm woke us up the next day, we vacated the room like we'd been advised but no one else did and we had to walk through a pub of people in our nightwear! The cleaners saw us leave the room and go down the fire exit but didn't say anything to us about not needing to evacuate.
