Spacious,modern and spotlessly clean ground floor room with it’s own enclosed patio set area brilliant to sit out in the sunny weather to have lunch or drinks and also excellent for our dog with a gate to garden area.Brilliant quieter beach on doorstep and nice easy 20 min walk into the busier Barmouth town centre either along the beach or promenade.Special mention to the fantastic Debbie for looking after us so well throughout and for her excellently cooked quality full Welsh breakfast.Debbie made us feel so welcome making this an excellent stay.

Good location close to airport and train station, good spot for someone who just needs a bed for the night. Room was clean and as expected from what was booked, had most things I needed. Staff were polite and check in easy.

Pillows were awful, might aswell have been sleeping on a towel. Appreciate its budget but as a place to sleep that should be priority. Cleaner knocked on door at 9.15am to check when we were checking out, check out is at 10am so didn't appreciate this, especially if I'd still been asleep after my late flight. Slightly on pricey side for single occupancy considering there was no window.

The bedding was clean but very stained. Ww were told there was no parking but there was a parking bay marked on the information photos which was confusing.

Beautiful country inn maintained to a high standard. Comfortable and clean with friendly staff and good food.

Food service a little slow. All food is freshly cooked which is a bonus and does mean you expect to wait a little longer. Staff work hard but an extra pair of hands wouldn’t go amiss.
