The B&B hosts were fantastic - friendly, chatty, helpful, caring. They provided me an anti-slip mat for my shower, helped me when I got my shower hot tap stuck on! There was a fab 'in-house' book provided with emergency number, local info, places to eat/visit etc. Breakfast was very tasty - easy pre-ordering system which also ensures no wastage! Bed was super comfy and I had a fan, hairdryer and a blanket in my wardrobe - what more could I need! I would definitely reccommend this B&B to everyone

The staff were lovely and helpful, it was easy to make the booking and gain access to the property. It was convenient that I could check myself in as I arrived fairly late. It was nice to have the tea making facility and fridge in the room.

The shower required some cleaning and the water pressure was insufficient to wash my hair properly. The room was very stuffy and as on ground floor I did not feel comfortable opening the large window while I was sleeping. Other guests were very noisy at all hours and I was woken a number of times by footsteps, talking, beeping of keypads etc. Personally I would not recommend for solo female traveller and if you are a light sleeper this property may not be suitable.

The location was really convenient to see the city center, the cathedral and the park. It was good to have the hotel within walking distance from the station. The bed was very comfortable.

The room and the bathroom were clean enough, but desperately in need of reservation and modernization which I would have expected from the hotel chain and reputation of high standards.

the family room has a good size 1 double bed and two singles, really good for a family trip

we found 2 live spiders inside the bed, the bathroom has no built-up shower it was only the tub, and the door from the bathroom was poorly fixed, it fell down and broke the toilet seat while my husband was taking a bath. Luckily he was not at the toilet.

I have stayed in many apartments but first time in one with squeaky doors and floors, dirty glass doors and windows and also dirty corners throughout the apt, windows caked with paint and therefore difficult to close, filthy sofa beds in living with worn down springs, hallway smells funny, the apt is on the second floor with steep stairs and no elevator. a warning pamphlet on the boiler room that says you could get legionnaires disease, no adaptors for visitors who come from all over the world.
