We absolutely loved everything about this property, which is situated in the middle of the countryside with stunning views and no intrusive traffic noise. The hosts are absolutely amazing and extremely welcoming. They make you feel like you have just arrived at home, and nothing is too much trouble at all. The room itself is wonderful. l. Extremely spacious with internet and Sky TV, a comfortable bed and a very good power shower. It's a great place to unwind and relax, and it has a very cosy feel, alongside the gorgeous views out of the window. It is also spotlessly clean. Despite the rural location, it is well connected by road, and there are many local takeaways that will deliver. In all, Dairyfarm House is an excellent find, a wonderful property with wonderful hosts, and I can highly recommend it. We will definitely be back here again

The cottage is as advertised. A small cosy dwelling. The bedroom is in the attick. Downstairs is a small kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge with small top box freezer. A small shower room and a sitting room with a sofa, table & chairs. The parking is roadside. Once parked up we walked or use public transport. I particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden which gets the sun most of the day. Near Pannett Park it is 2 - 3 minutes walk. 5-8 minutes walk to Whitby centre. The property is cleaned to a high standard. We will be returning.

Hotel was spotless, check in seamless and the breakfast was fabulous! Absolutely will stay again!

Only reason I didn't give a 10 out of 10 was the lack of towels in the bathroom. We were given a bath towel and hand towel each but a separate hand towel in the bathroom would have been good, there was nothing for the floor after showering so potential slip hazard.

The location was great. It was very small and compact but three of us managed with that fine.

If I had to be critical the blinds in the bedrooms were not great. They seemed to be a little broken and you could see through them. This means that the street lights too got through.

Great decor, nice and different. Cost pub Very close to o2, just a short walk away.

Breakfast ran out of pastries muffins etc - none left at all. We were told the earlier guests had taken them and they had none left but we were in a group of 4 rooms out of 10 and there were 2 more tables also eating who did not have pastries. Never had this is a hotel before!
