We spent some three weeks travelling in Scotland and stayed at a number of B&B's guest houses and hotels and the Green House was by far our best experience. Location - brilliant from the outside deck you looked across the water to Skye; it was an extremely comfortable house with a large fully equipped kitchen (with a washing machine/dryer - a God send for smelly shirts). The bedroom/lounge overlooked the water and Skye and there was even a bath hidden in a large chest at the foot of the bed. We had intended to stay 3 nights but an unexpected commitment meat we only had 2 nights - could easy spend a week or more. Don't be put off by the apparent remoteness of Glenelg after surviving yet another narrow Scottish road into Glenelg the scenery is great and Glenelg still boasts an original small car ferry for the 5 minute or so trip across to Skye. The local pub puts on a pretty good dinner.

Could not fault this place

The room was excellent, quiet and view of airport. The menu at the cafe had an added special of Indian curries which we enjoyed. A break from the usual menu. The best of all was the transport to the airport, the hotel arranged for transport to the terminal and it was ready ahead of time.

This is very minor. But the check in could be a little better organised, There were three check in positions and the queue formed at the first inside the door. Later people entering ignored the queue and jumped ahead of the person in the queue at the other two positions as they were vacated. A large pillar in the middle of all of this contributed to the problem.

Location was great for accessing Wimbledon and central London (and near to my residence). The long stay apartment was huge and beautiful. The lobby was cozy, and reception team (I dealt with Danielle) was 10/10. Danielle was so friendly, professional, helpful, and explained everything.

We had no issues. Sutton itself could have more parking but alas.

Clean and spacious apartment. Perfect location opposite Westgate.

The apartment is on 1/F located right above a pub and several bus stops right outside our windows, which means it could get a bit noisy at night and early in the morning when the buses start running and people chat or even sing to themselves at the bus stop! Closing the windows alleviated the problem but I guess this won't be a feasible solution in the summer given the apartment is not air-conditioned. The walls at the back of the second bedroom are very thin and till past midnight I could hear the chatting of the neighbours in their living room while lying in bed.

Not much for this stay - at least somewhere to park car off street

TV would not work and was not replaced or repaired; the shower rose would not hold in place; the door to the toilet/shower was almost impossible to open when closed; told at breakfast "...come back later we are serving tour groups"; there was about 45cm walking space between the foot of the bed and the desk; and the walls appeared to be made from paper - could hear conversations in next door room at 3am and hear the alarm

Charging £15 for a dog per night. If I had known the cost I would not have booked.
