The South Sands is a fairly modern Hotel with pleasant decor and ample parking. The restaurant is very welcoming and the food is very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast is also very good with a good selection to choose from. The room was spacious and clean with all the required facilities, tea, coffee etc....

The room was in a separate annex (a converted bungalow?) which wasn't ideal as the weather wasn't very favourable for the walk across the car park to the main hotel. There was no Wifi facility within the annex which made work a bit more of a challenge. The remote for the television didn't work even though they changed the batteries? And finally dinner finished at 8 o'clock and the bar / restaurant also closed early. Disappointed for the price.

Paul and Laurie are fantastic hosts The breakfast is amazing and is by far the best we’ve had at an accommodation. Can’t fault anything at all. We both had a wonderful time here. Llandudno is a very picturesque place. I also can’t recommend a sea view room enough. The Grafton is in a prime location for sea views!

The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet, so erm it was rather awkward going to toilet. The shower flooded,obviously the drain needed cleaning. I wasn't doing and Handling of other people's hairs. The chair in the room was about as stable as my mental stability so had to sit on the floor. One pillow giving prison vibes. Honestly would not recommend. However I wouldn't recommend Birmingham wasn't our vibe.
