Very kind landlady, she wait for us till very late evening when our plane has big delay. Yummy breakfast. Good location - only 15 minutes walk to metro station in zone 2 (Kilburn station), also 15 minutes walk from bus stop with nonstop bus line 189 (when you want to go to center at night...) Quiet street with small houses - therefor ideal for relax at night, no noise. Very good price for value.

Location was good. Easy access to property.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Fridge was switched off although host knew my arrival time. Stains on carpet and marks on bathroom door. No extra sheets in place of the duvet despite hot weather. Extractor fan for shower room did not cut out had to be switched off at socket. Instructions for oven/hob would have been helpful.

The condition of the property was awful. There are spotlights hanging out of their holes in the ceiling, the most noticeable being right above the shower. There was no gas when we arrived and we had to activate the emergency gas credit to have hot water. The bathroom flooded while we were out of the property, due i think to a leaky tap and a basin that took ages to empty. There was a light with with exposed electrics and a plug socket hanging away from the wall. In the kitchen there was no cutlery except for some tea spoons, so if you had wanted to eat you couldn't. The TV was on the floor and the plug had been cut off and the WiFi password was incorrect.

Stairwells and room decoration very poor. It is an old building I appreciate that but it was not in good condition . En suite very very old needs upgraded.
