- “We spent three nights at Heatithude and very much enjoyed it. It is in a small, authentic town half an hour drive from Tanah Rata. Host Dennis is very helpful (he took us in his own car to the scooter rental company on our first day), room is clean and has a nicely decorated attached bathroom and the terrace on the small river at the back of the house is very nice to sit and drink a cup of coffee from the shared kitchen. We recommend this place!”

  Lovely room with roll top bath in room and very nice large modern shower room. Excellent comfy bed with quality bedding. Great nights sleep. Went into the pub for an early drink when we arrived, excellent service from Kieran behind bar. Staff happy for us to pinch a reserved table in front of open fire while we had our drinks. So many places are uptight about this but not The Stump. Interior was a lot less commercial than I expected which was great, very rustic but smart. Dinner was lovely with great pizzas, sides and service from a lovely girl. Breakfast had great quality, plentiful ingredients on full English and really nicely cooked, though we did comment that it would have been nice to have some toast while we waited or possibly a continental table to serve yourself. No fruit, cereal or pastries offered, though there was a house granola on menu amongst cooked items. This was the only slight negative but didn’t detract from our stay.

  Communication great very easy to sort & contact hosts, apartments were exceptional for the price, loads of space comfy beds with tv’s in every room & multiple showers, bang in the centre just up from Oast House & 20 stories, couldn’t be in a more perfect spot for anyone wanting to get to blues kitchen, Albert schloss everything is within a 3 minute walk, will definitely stay again can’t thank Matt & Steph enough, amazing place guys.

  Arrived around 10:30pm checked in was ok,got to room went to put bike gear in wardrobe and the smell was vile realised it was a pair of cheesy dirty socks,room was dirty I couldn’t stay in there! (4 pics first room ) Hubby went to report it and they moved us to another room that was dirty too! we had a shower and stuck towels on floor as couldn’t bare to walk on it! this cost us £49 personally I think we should of got a refund worse experience ever! We got out of there early the next morning!!!!! We stayed in another hotel up road last month same price and was way better
