Clean comfortable rooms quite hot in them but a fan was provided. Kettle in room for tea and coffee and 2 small bottles of water which was replaced daily, Breakfast was excellent, Nice pub garden and bar area.

Location was fabulous , you could not get a better spot. The cottage was spotless and well equipped.

The yard /garden was in desperate need of some care. Needed to be swept and bird poo over all the garden furniture. This is a large area and could be made lovely but seemed an after thought

No breakfast . Dangerous steps to get outside at night to have a cigarette. Gate open at the rear of the building and very easy to get in . Food not at all good . You couldn't call this a gastro pub

It was fully equipped

The shower ran cold. When it did run warm on the first night it nearly overflowed because the drainage was blocked. No plug in the sink so couldn’t even have a strip wash.
