There was a lovely vibe to this old inn, the decor and atmosphere and it was quite busy the evening I stayed with people eating and drinking but wasn't noisy or brash. The staff were, every single one of them, kind, helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure you had a great experience. I only down graded comfort from excellent to good as I had to work there and the chair would not fit under either desk so it made using my laptop very uncomfortable but the other facilities in the room including complimentary robes, fresh milk for tea and coffee and lovely comfortable bed compensated for this. I had to ask for a hairdryer as there wasn't one in the room but this was a minor inconvenience soon resolved. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved that it wasn’t a far walk to the beach and the cafe’s, fun fair and Tesco. We enjoyed walking along the beach to see everything. It’s very quiet in the evenings too. The caravan took us back to our childhoods. Not modern but we loved that. I found a cute little cafe that serviced a lovely breakfast and it turns into a bar in the evenings. The beds are super comfy and the shower is super powerful. The caravan suited us really well. I wanted to treat my husband to a quiet but fun time away without the kids and just do whatever we wanted and we did. You don’t need fancy places to unwind.

There wasn’t any faults with our caravan or the service we received. We just had the noisiest neighbours who you could hear talking from inside their caravan, while we were in ours. So we never got our lay ins but apart from that, we have no complaints.

The property was so beautiful! Such an awesome place to relax and recharge. Awesome rooms, very spacious and great amenities! The airport shuttle service was super awesome and the driver was lovely! Wish we had more than one night there, highly reccomend to anyone considering

The hotel was clean with good facilities, the ironing station is nice touch as is the library. Enjoyed the poached eggs and salmon for breakfast. All staff were friendly.

The area isn't the nicest and as sole female traveller on business I felt a little intimidated and for that reason I wouldn't stay here again. I liked that the lift access was restricted by room cards only. The drinks at the bar were expensive (even for London) £27 for a large wine and a double vodka.

The shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom and hallway, we were given a 20% refund as 3 out 4 people could not shower, although I am still waiting for this refund from booking.com.
