Hotel difficult to get to by foot from train stations. Slow service in restaurant in evening. Poor lighting in room at night. Had to use an external provider for shuttle which was expensive for the journey to to Terminal 2.

Staff were rude, Tv didn’t work in room nothing done to resolve issue, wasn’t told of the issue upon arrival and was told that the tv wouldn’t be working at all due to apparent signal issues even though some of the tv’s were working but they still refused to move us into a different room. Would like a refund!!
