I had a seamless check in with the lovely lady who made sure I had all the information about everything I could do in and around the accommodation. Initially I had booked for 1 night coz it looked so good on paper that it sounded too good to be true. Lo and behold I was transported to a perfect place I felt like I was in a private island but I was still in the city. I had to check out because it was fully booked for me to extent, I stayed at Teratai villa (another Ini Vie masterpiece) while waiting for availability again at Canggu Cabana as soon as there was an opening I went back for my final night in Bali and Giri sure made it worth it for me. Giri thank you for the finishing touches, the floating breakfast and the flower bath and the little gift ❤️. I will stay in this accommodation for sure in the near future. All my love, Wendy.”

  Friendly greeting at check in. Escorted to my room & window opened for me (it was too high for me to reach) Great value with breakfast included. Cooked full English would have been an extra £6.99 Good to know there were options. Everything neat and clean & good quality decor. Plenty of space for free off street parking.

  Breakfast much too early for me personally. As I was kept awake by loud snoring in adjacent rooms I felt too exhausted to face food between 7.30 & 8.30am. Access to the room was via steep external steps which were a challenge for my arthritic knees.

  Clean, quiet and well appointed rooms. I was allocated (not requested) an accessible room which was very spacious. Staff were very helpful.

  Check-in. The on-line check-in was an IT disaster. The buttons on the e-mails encouraging guests to check-in on-line did not work which I think Clayton expected because they sent links to paste "just-in-case" the buttons did not work. However, the links did not work either as they were incomplete. The numerous communications from the hotel promised an e-mail with a code to retrieve my key on arrival but this never arrived. The situation was saved by the extremely helpful staff on the desk.

  Ok walking to station. Free tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper as well as plates, cups, cutlery. Fridge, stove and oven.

  Location. Not in a good area. Trucks arriving at 5:30am to offload barrels, at club next door - not fun. Banging of doors and quite noisy. Bathroom sink was really tiny, couldn't really use. Bed ok a bit lumpy. Would not recommend if travelling alone. Drunks, drug addicts frequent the area - would not be safe at night walking around.

  My second time staying here and enjoyed it just as much. The accommodation was beautiful and the grounds were stunning.

  If I was to be picky I'd say I was a Little disappointed to not find milk in the fridge. Sounds petty but after reading it was supplied we didn't bring any (local co op only 2 mins down the rd). Afer enquiring about late checkout i emailed asking for the details to send money over but recieved no reply and when we were leaving a lady pretty much chased the car with a card reader. Made to feel slightly like we were doing something wrong or doing a runner....which we weren't. Also, the outside shutter was swinging in the wind and banging against the window. Messaged the number to receive no reply. Despite the little things I would definitely come again
