Spacious and clean apartment close to the ferry harbour. They even put up a baby cot even though we did not know it was part of the apartments equipment, very nice contact to owner. Perfect to stay one night to catch the ferry early in the morning.

There was an open milk in the fridge and the fridge did not seem very clean - we did not have a problem with that as we only stayed one night. The co op downstairs was a bit noisy (cooling maybe?) until its closing at 10pm.

Everything was perfect and top quality. Breakfast is succulent, the hotel is a few blocks away from Waverley train station and the old part of the City and is surrounded with places to eat. Would definitely stay again if we come back.

Everything was perfect but if I have to comment on anything negative, irrelevant to us but could be something to take into account for an older couple, if you are traveling with heavy luggage and more than one bag/suitcase per person, you should ask beforehand upon reservation to accommodate you in a room that is close to the entrance to avoid carrying them across long corridors. The hotel should find a decent solution as they are very considerate

Friendly welcome from hosts on arrival to be shown to a lovely clean bedroom and an excellent breakfast next morning. Went the extra mile to help us with our vehicle problem which we were very grateful for.

Stayed for 2 nights, and heating didn't work on day 1. Had to sleep without heating. This must have been checked and assured earlier. Plus, the door lock had issues, and locking wasn't robust. This should have been the priority but resolved on the day 2 of the stay
