The property was central and everything we wanted was nearby - Bempton Cliffs for birdwatching; Sewerby Hall for Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition plus gardens and good cake; great fish and chips at Busy Bees round the corner. Property was super clean. High standard of furnishings, cupboards etc. Kitchen appliances great. Very friendly communications from hosts. Clear instructions. Great to have a key safe for one of the keys

The small front bedroom was very light and it would be good to have a black out blind in that room There was noise from buses etc in that room in the early morning and I think it would probably not be a problem if the light wasn’t already bringing you out of sleep . The bath plug didn’t work properly - water seeped out. Not in a gush but it would be very easy to fix a better one

The room was large and clean and comfortable. The bed was large with clean bedding, plenty of pillows and very comfortable. The breakfast at the Toby Carvery was value for money and very good and it was only a short walk from the Innkeepers Lodge.

The Innkeepers Lodge was great so there is nothing i could say that i did not like. The Toby Carvery next door was great. The only thing i found was their last orders is 21-30 which i was not happy about but you can buy from the bar and take back to your room.

Your staff were exceptional. Your breakfast super tasty. And a great location for walking around Liverpool. The record players in the room and the big selection of vinyl was a lovely touch. The room design is lovely too.

I changed room from a room that was so hot and difficult to cool down to a room which was luckily a little cooler, but still very hot! With windows that only open a slither, it is very difficult to cool a room down. Your staff were incredible and made sure I had a number fans to cool down the room, but in truth the fans were very noisy! This isn't a complaint though, as everything was handled brilliantly by your staff, and I loved my room, but just a note for future hot days!

some of the rooms have poor water pressure. The rooms are quite noisy if you have someone loud in the room next to you. The car park is fairly small but there are twolevels so I have always managed to park. There is also on street parking
