Excellent location on the west end of Kensignton High Street - but you can't pull up outside (Red Route). The staff were very cheerful.

This hotel doesn't have dedicated parking - there is a public car park behind it and they charge the 24 hour rate of £37 for overnight parking. The public car park was also full when I first arrived around 1pm on a Thursday. The rooms were shabby and in need of refurbishment. My bed was inexplicably shoved into a corner. The lighting was inadequate and the room looked out on central heating vents and general rubbish below. Because the room below had a leak of water from the ceiling I was twice interrupted before 10am by people investigating this. The restaurant was very expensive - £16 for a "cobb salad" composed of one egg, four lettuce leaves and a small quantity of chopped flavourings.

Convenient, clean and great for a stopover

Bar staff slow and unfriendly. Customer service zero. Even to the fact they didn’t supply serviette’s with chicken wing. Non offered, non given. Stood at an empty bar for 2/3 minutes when an employee walked by and said they will be back in a few minutes???? What!!!!!!

There was no Tapas available and food prices were on the high side.

Loved the views ans scenery

Didn't like the bed as it had two mattresses one on top of other and we kept rolling in the middle, Also the rule on the hot tub is restrictive to 10am until 10pm and we wasn't allowed to check in until 4pm, so with being there for one night we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd of liked.
