  The property is very clean! We stayed in the 3 person room and we had more than enough space. The bathroom was very clean and we had a nice tv with Netflix which we used during the evening. Even though I believe the property was fully booked, you could hardly hear anyone. There is also a good bus connection just around the corner of the guest house to the city centre. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to meet the host as we kept missing each other in the morning, but they were extremely helpful via whatsapp! Would 100% recommend

  The beds were really comfortable, the shower was really spacious with good water pressure and got very hot. There was a big smart TV in the room which was a good bonus! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was lovely. Staff were really friendly, and we really appreciated having a checkout time of 11am rather than 10am like most places. The location of the hotel is stunning and the view from the restaurant was beautiful.

  The hotel is right next to a main road, so it can get a bit noisy with the window open. The room was very warm overnight which usually would be lovely but the unseasonably good weather meant we got a bit too hot but couldn't sleep with the window open due to noise.

  Rosehill Guest House is ideally situated close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Room was spotless and extremely comfortable, breakfast that had a large variety of hot and cold choices was excellent, on-site parking. Hosts were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning a stay in Pitlochry.

  We had a great stay at the Minster Hub for 3 nights over May Day bank holiday weekend. Perfect location on edge of town. Bed and pillows very comfortable and shower small but powerful. Good value for money.

  It’s in a good area, the location is very nice like a residential place and it’s not far away from the city, you just take a bus and your are there. The rooms are a good size

  The kitchen was very dirty and also the room was not very clean Some people are nice, but they have a really bad staff, particularly a guy is very rude. We were ask to change rooms the last day (we didn’t had any problems with that) but the that we needed to do the check out for the other room a guy from the staff enter our room with out knocking (we were on a females room) and start yelling and telling us to get out in a rude way. Super bad ways of doing things because he didn’t even know if we were changing our clothes or in underwear or something like that and he just enter the room and yelled. The we did the change of room and they give us a dirty room.
