When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Breakfast was superb, Especially the perfectly cooked scrambled egg. Sadly, because of the closure of the M4 we arrived just after the kitchen had closed and missed the famous Marlborough Sunday lunch.

It was all good.

Nice and cosy. Had all the amenities for the stay. Dog friendly. Easy to check in and check out. Quiet neighbourhood. Not far from the attractions.

Would have been great if microwave was available.

Very good location, Big Ben and some main sights within walking distance. Grocery shops are close by. Host is easy to get in contact with.

The shower was something i would replace, or take my slippers with me next time (it was a bit old), but overall the flat was clean.

Location was great. Really good communication. Exactly as described in booking info.

A little bit noisy outside at night but the benefit of the location outweighed this.

Good location in city centre and easy for airport drop and go

Both rooms we had were pretty dirty with hairs in bathroom/bed. Probably wouldn’t stay again

Good location, nice decor, clean, good breakfast

Being shown the rules on check in which includes a £100 damages charge if you get any make-up on the linen! Room had no curtains or black out blind so the very thin blind meant room was fully bright by 5am, combined with the room being incredibly hot meant very little sleep. Shower had no pressure. No furniture in room so no drawers/space for items and room compact. Was a cupboard with some hangers but needed bedside tables or drawers. Dogs staying in hotel barking throughout stay. We wanted to love it here but left tired and exhausted.

Everything clean and welcoming staff.

Rooms were not all together

Location and interior is great.

No info on mini bar in the room. Lots of info through the tv, but when you click on it the options are undefined and becomes a dead end. Still operating with individual toiletries and seems not very environmentally friendly.

This hotel is dirty
Negative section of review
This hotel is dirty and run down and needs to shut down and be done up. It should not be in use. The entrance was filthy and smelly, the halls had wholes in the ceiling, and drips in the roof, the bedrooms were a little better but floor felt like it was old and grimy and the mattresses were old lumpy and god knows what was in them. The bath water wouldn't go down after I filled the bath and the tiles were old. To check in you have to go to the garage but there's is no signage to let you know that, and I arrived late with a young child. The staff at the garage are pleasant and helpful and they are probably the best thing about the hotel. And the hotel was it was quite. I paid £50 for the night, which was cheap as chips but the hotel needs to shut down clean up and reopen as a more appropriate acvomodation. At least clean the entrance hall, that was just disgusting.
