As there is a 20min walk to Canary Wharf then if you want to explore this area - Brilliant. With two Tescos on the 'way back' then picking items up to eat is an easy option. The sticky label on the back of the bathroom door that reminded you to clear up after yourself otherwise a £20 fine :-)

The Balcony off the kitchen is for airing clothes or somewhere to smoke. Step outside the front door and the balcony for access has a view of the city skyscrapers ( A Positive - but this is a public space - not sit with chair space ) More of an issue is the 'trip hazard' at the top of the stairs the stair carpet is coming loose. A screw driver and 5 mins will sort this out. Whereas the raised flooring outside the kitchen is do-able when you're aware of it. Some attention to this area would also be appreciated. The tea bags were low and ran out - on my stay - hopefully a few more bags would be available other times ?? Oh and the Wi-Fi password is the default - at a level that would be good enough for a Swiss Bank Account :-) ... whereas it could be user friendly: Readable with words and numbers would make logging on far easier.

Friendly hosts, great breakfast, lovely location at the canal, 20 min walk to city center. Love the interior! Easy to find, parking right outside. Large room, comfy bed. WiFi, Netflix etc.

The room was filthy, toilet seat broken, the skirting board had been removed in the bathroom, there was a hole in the door where a previous lock had been removed. No TV remote, no kettle.
