Very cosy and quiet place, even though it is meters away from King's Cross. Very clean, extremely helpful and smiling hosts. We have arrived hours before the accomodation time, but our room was quickly prepared and we have received our key.

It was convenient for us to travel using train station. Albeit. It was 15 minute walk. The roo. Was spacious and tidy. Bed was comfortable enough. Facilities in the room were useful.

Only downside would be that food wasn't served in evening. Or if so. Was closed early. But I understand that if it had few customers and was more economic sense to close. They did allow us to get a takeaway and gave us plates when we needed.

Really nice Pub with great Artwork. The rooms are excellent with the antique furniture but new bathroom. Great size room aswell. The bed is really comfortable.

I booked three rooms for a weekend with friends. Two of the rooms, while not spotlessly clean, were adequate. However, the third room was terrible! No towels on arrival, hardly any toilet paper, bits of what looked like masonry all over the carpet and a curtain rail that collapsed in the middle of the night! I complained at the front desk the following morning (I checked in very late) and was told that I’d been given the last room in the hotel. Not really a good enough excuse for the state of the room. What makes it worse is that I then followed up my complaint with an email and have received no response. I will not be staying here again.
