Central Location. Perfect for walks around Keswick and surrounding areas. Once parked up you don't have to move the car everything is within a 5/10 minute walk. Easy to find, easy to get in to and the house was perfect for what we needed.

We were passing through on a road trip in a classic Porsche, so only stopped for the night. The hosts were great, very informative and friendly, the room and facilities were great. Very enjoyable stay. Will be back!

Grounds and additional facilities were really nice, the gym was nice and quiet and the bar was lovely. Had breakfast one morning and it was fantastic. Plenty of parking, as the location is fairly remote.

The room maybe needed a little bit of updating, plus our room was right next to entrance area and the sound of the door shutting as people were coming and going was pretty loud. I know that doesn't apply to all rooms, but ours could have used a little soundproofing.

The staff were super lovely and the highlight of the stay. Good if you have pets too as there is a field in the back but if you’re unfortunate you’d end up being harassed by drunk men from their bar.

The rooms were boiling and had no AC. There was a fan but it didn’t help and with the window open all you heard were the cars from the M6. There were also some drunk men harassing us at one point when we took our new doggo out to the toilet. The room was also not that clean, there was someone’s toe nail on the floor, some random persons blonde hair about the room, it was dusty and there was mould in the showers. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Great Location, across from the the station. we were room 3J on the first floor, there was a balcony and it was really quiet considering the street below very busy. I would stay here again.

The apartment needed cleaning through out. There was dirty washing in the washing machine. The fridge and kitchen were grubby. The floor was dirty. The bathroom had hairs in the shower and the bed sheets were stained.
