  Plenty of bedroom space, two bathrooms, three toilets. Very responsive host when contacted to resolve issue with Heating & Hot water - all resolved. Cleaning products and cloths available. Fridge and freezer and microwave. Electric fire in lounge. Car park space good and very accessible to the house. Nice neighbour who helped us open a bottle of wine when the corkscrew that was provided, broke!

  Small kitchen, Oven not working properly. (but clean!) Not enough sofa seating to relax and watch TV if more than three people. Minimum amount of crockery, no serving dishes. Rear courtyard, requires some TLC.

  Really lovely and comfortable apartment. Excellent facilities and excellent location. Clean, modern, tidy and really well maintained overall. Very comfortable bed and lovely Pillows. Little extras included were a nice touch - slippers, tea and coffee etc. Thanks for a lovely stay!

  The location was ideal. Close to the town centre and all other amenities. The room was lovely. Very spacious with everything you'd need for your stay. I ate in the restaurant the evening I arrived and was really impressed with the menu options and what I ate was delicious.

  I really can't think of anything I didn't like. Everyone was really friendly and helpful which made my stay stress free and relaxing. My only niggle and it is just a niggle was that a lot of places in Winchester wouldn't accept cash. Having to do a card transaction for say a packet of crisps seemed a bit over the top.
