It was situated in a quiet part of Blackpool, which is what i wanted. It was walking distance to the beach bars and the shops. I liked how we were welcomed and the staff was very polite. I had a single room which was very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was very nice. All in all, there wasn't anything I disliked. I will recommend it to my family and friends. I would be staying there again.

We went to see ABBA Voyage and it was a fantastic location only 6 minutes walk from Stratford tube and 20 minutes away from ABBA Arena. Great bar and restaurant. Particularly like the terrace to relax. Also the bed was so comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. Bathroom really great size and the shower was perfect.

The hot breakfast buffet wasn’t particularly hot and there was only a choice of scrambled or poached egg. Fried eggs and boiled eggs would also be good to include and bacon was a bit dry. Limited fruit juices only orange, cranberry and apple.

Evening meal was a poor choice with limited options and the menu given out the night before. Breakfast could have had more choice. The room specifications on the booking where not followed, we required 1 double and a twin room and they gave us 2 double rooms.

Facilities were excellent, staff very helpful.

Miss communication from staff at times. There were a lot of corridors to navigate in the hotel, not great if you have mobility issues or carrying several bags and/or children. This isn't explained in the advert to request a room closer to the lifts. There are a lot of stairs in the spa. We were told the lift was for staff only?
